Coaching Terms
& Conditions

These terms outline the professional standards and binding policies for all coaching sessions provided by Coach Heikel and the Hyper Badminton coaching team.

1. Booking & Confirmation Policy

To ensure court availability and professional scheduling, we follow a strict "Payment-to-Confirm" process.

1.1 Invitation to Treat vs. Binding Contract

Any price lists shared on social media or marketplaces (e.g., Carousell) are an Invitation to Treat.
A binding contract is only formed when: the Coach provides a specific time, location, and price (The Offer); the Client agrees via message (The Acceptance); and the Client provides payment (The Consideration).

1.2 The "30-Minute Window"

Once a slot and price are agreed upon, the Coach will hold that slot for 30 minutes. If payment is not received within this window, the slot may be released to other students.

2. Payment & Deposit Requirements

To protect our coaches from last-minute cancellations and unpaid court fees, the following payment rules apply:

4. Equipment & Safety

Rackets: Students are encouraged to bring their own rackets. Hyper Badminton provides loaner rackets free of charge for trial sessions if notified in advance.
Liability: While our coaches prioritize safety, Hyper Badminton and its coaches are not liable for any injuries sustained during training. By confirming a booking, the student/parent acknowledges the physical nature of the sport.

5. Standard Communication Templates

Copy and paste these into WhatsApp/Carousell to ensure clarity.

Template A: The Booking Offer

"Hi! I have a slot available this [Day] at [Time] at [Location]. The rate for a 1-on-1 Trial is $50. To lock in this slot and the court, please PayNow to [Number] within the next 30 minutes. Once I receive the screenshot, I will finalize the court booking and send you the receipt! 🏸"

Template B: The Late Cancellation Reply

"I'm sorry to hear you can't make it. As per our 24-hour policy, since the court has already been paid for and reserved for you, the deposit is non-refundable. If you'd like to book a future slot, we require an upfront payment to secure the court. Thank you for understanding."
